I am a friendly, ex professional sportsman, qualified masseur and personal trainer.
Each massage I give is tailored to the client (presssure, style etc) using a variety of techniques from Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage. I use these techniques to improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension and help relaxation.
I massage in a very clean, professional environment (massage bed, music, clean towels, massage oil) as you would expect.
