Mark was polite and friendly from the first text message and was very clear on price and treatment options. A 2 minute walk from Barbican Tube which is central and easy to get to. Mark made me feel very welcome in his clean and comfortable studio, the towels were clean, soft and smelt fresh. Mark offered if I needed to charge my mobile phone during the session, which I thought was a really nice touch. Mark is a qualified and professional therapist and proudly displays his qualifications, not that there is any doubt of his expertise once he starts. His touch is delicate, firm and seeks confirmation that the pressure is to your comfort. With soft relaxing music playing I was so relaxed during the treatment I found myself drift off a couple of times having had a hard day at work , I snapped myself back to reality as I didn't want to miss out on the treatment. Mark takes his time and at no point did I feel rushed or that Mark was watching the clock. Shower facilties are on offer.
